Section 2VAC5-570-40 - Ungraded eggs

Eggs offered for sale as ungraded shall meet the specifications of USDA Consumer Grade B quality found in "Regulations Governing the Grading of Shell Eggs and United States Standards, Grades and Weight Classes for Shell Eggs ( 7 CFR Part 56)" of the Code of Federal Regulations.
