Section 2VAC5-40-50 - Permits for movement of reactors

Permits required in the above paragraph shall be issued only to the owner of the cattle to be moved. Separate permits are required for each animal, except when animals are moved in one drove, truckload, or carload, in which case one permit shall suffice for each drove, truckload or carload.
