Section 12VAC5-110-50 - Application of the Administrative Process Act

The provisions of the Virginia Administrative Process Act (§ 2.2-4000 et seq. of the Code of Virginia) shall govern the adoption, amendment, modification and revision of this chapter, and the conduct of all proceedings and appeals hereunder.
