Section R993-100-110 - Default Order or Dismissal for Failure to Participate(1) If a hearing has been scheduled at the request of a client and the client fails to appear at or participate in the hearing, either in person or through a representative, the ALJ will, unless a continuance or rescheduling has been requested, dismiss the request for an impartial hearing.(2) A default order will be based on the record and best evidence available at the time of the order.Utah Admin.
