Section R990-101-4 - Non-Allowable Expenditures(1) An expenditure that does not directly pertain to warehousing, distributing, or providing food and food ingredients to low-income persons, other than the maximum 10% administrative costs as provided in Subsection R990-101-3(5), are not allowed.(a) An expenditure associated with soliciting or promoting a cash or food donation, recognizing a donor or volunteer, and any transportation cost other than picking up and delivering food and food ingredients, is not allowed.
