Section R990-100-19 - Civil Rights(1) Any CSBG funded program shall comply with the nondiscrimination provisions contained in 42 U.S.C. 9918.(2) An eligible entity shall be required to have on file an affirmative action plan that describes what the entity will do to ensure that current and prospective employees and program participants are treated in a non-discriminatory manner. This plan shall also include a grievance procedure to address allegations of discrimination by prospective and current staff members or program participants.(3) The provisions of this section shall apply to each grantee and sub-grantee, except where special conditions apply, i.e., Indians, migrants, or seasonal farm workers.Utah Admin.
