Section R986-600-622 - Additional Requirements of an Employment Plan for Youth(1) Employment plans for all youth must reflect intentions to assist with preparing for post-secondary education and/or employment; finding effective connections to the job market and employers, and understanding the links between academic and occupational learning.(2) The goal of the youth program is to reconnect out-of-school youth to education and employment and assist in-school youth with completing education through: (a) placement in employment or postsecondary education;(b) attainment of a degree or certificate; and/or(c) literacy and numeracy gains for out-of-school youth who are basic skill deficient.Utah Admin.
