Section R986-600-617 - How to Calculate Income(1) To determine if a client meets the income eligibility standards, all income from all sources of all family members during the six months prior to the application date is counted. If necessary, the Department can make a year-to-date estimate based on available records.(2) The family is income eligible if the annual income meets the higher of: (a) the poverty line as determined by the U. S. Department of Human Services, or(b) 70% of the LLSIL as determined by the U. S. Department of Labor and available at the Department of Workforce Services.Utah Admin. Code R986-600-617
