Section R966-1-47 - Interest and Penalties(1) Interest on unreported property. A holder that fails to report, pay, or deliver property within the time prescribed by the Act shall subject to the penalties and remedies in Sections 67-4a-12 -through 1206 of the Act.Utah Admin. Code R966-1-47
