Section R926-16-6 - Public Notice(1) Public notice regarding solicitations originating from Section R926-16-5 must be posted on the Department's website and must also be published following the requirements of Section 63G-6a-112.(2) Notice of a solicitation will indicate where, when, and how to obtain the solicitation documents when responses are due and will generally describe the project scope or service desired and may contain other information such as the desired schedule or financial model.(3) Where the executive director or a deputy director determines appropriate, the Department may require payment of a fee or a deposit for the supplying of the solicitation package.(4) A copy of the solicitation documents will be made available for public inspection at the Department's primary offices in the Calvin Rampton Building.Utah Admin.
