Section R920-60-12 - Modification of an Amusement Ride(1) The owner-operator shall inform the qualified safety inspector at the time of the inspection if an amusement ride has undergone a major modification.(2) The qualified safety inspector shall indicate on the certificate of inspection if an amusement ride has undergone a major modification.Utah Admin.
