Section R873-22M-35 - Reissuance of Personalized License Plates Pursuant to Utah Code Ann. Sections 41- 1a-413 and 41-1a-1211A. If a person who has been issued personalized license plates fails to renew the personalized license plates within six months of the plates' expiration, the license plates shall be deemed to be surrendered to the division and the division may reissue the personalized license plates to a new requestor.Utah Admin.
