Section R850-8-2000 - Judicial Review - Stay and Other Temporary Remedies Pending Final Disposition1. The board may grant a stay of its order or other temporary remedy during the pendency of judicial review if it determines a stay would be in the interest of justice and would not unduly harm the beneficiaries. The board, in its discretion, may condition the continuation of the stay upon filing of a surety, in an amount specified by the board, sufficient to protect the interests of the beneficiaries.2. If the board denies a stay or denies other temporary remedies requested by a party, the board's order of denial shall be mailed to all parties and shall specify the reasons why the stay or other temporary remedy was not granted.Utah Admin.
