Section R850-140-1000 - Exemption From Rules

The agency, in connection with its activities in managing and conveying development property, shall be subject to all rules applicable to the agency, except the following, which shall not be applicable:

1. Section R850-3-300. Application Forms.

2. Section R850-3-400. Application Processing.

3. Rule R850-4. Application Fees and Assessments.

4. Rule R850-30. Special Use Leases.

5. Rule R850-40. Easements.

6. Rule R850-41. Rights-of-Entry.

7. Rule R850-80. Sale of Trust Lands, except Section R850-80-250.

8. Rule R850-90. Land Exchanges.

9. Rule R850-170. Renewable Energy Lease Agreements.
