Section R746-349-2 - DefinitionsAs used in this rule:
(1) "CLEC" stands for competitive local exchange carrier and means a public telecommunications service provider that did not hold a certificate to provide public telecommunications service as of May 1, 1995.(2) "COLR" means carrier of last resort.(3) "Division" means the Division of Public Utilities.(4) "GAAP" means generally accepted accounting principles.(5) "ILEC" stands for incumbent local exchange carrier and means an incumbent telephone corporation which held a certificate to provide public telecommunications service as of May 1, 1995.Utah Admin.
