Section R746-200-10 - PenaltiesA. A residential account holder who claims that a regulated utility has violated a provision of these customer service rules, other Commission rules, company tariff, or other approved company practices may use the informal and formal grievance procedures. If considered appropriate, the Commission may assess a penalty pursuant to Section 54-7- 25.B. Fines collected shall be used to assist low income Utahns to meet their basic energy needs.Utah Admin.
