Section R714-561-6 - Method and Formula for Determining a Grant AmountThe department shall:
(1) review timely applications submitted by law enforcement agencies;(2) evaluate each proposal submitted with an application to determine if it meets requirements set forth under Section 17-22-34;(3) approve funding awards equitably to law enforcement agencies that have submitted completed applications for the purchase of approved equipment; and (d) notify each law enforcement agency that applied of: (i) the approval or denial of the application for funding; and(ii) the amount of funding that will be made available to the law enforcement agency for the purchase of equipment.Utah Admin.
