Section R708-55-5 - Division Response to Request for Reciprocity(1) Upon receipt of a request for reciprocity, the division shall send an acknowledgment letter to the requesting party.(2) The response shall include:(a) contact information for the division official authorized to make and enter into a reciprocity agreement;(b) a request for the foreign jurisdiction's program information for review by the division; and(c) the division's program information for review by the foreign jurisdiction.Utah Admin.
