Section R708-2-8 - DEMS Access Authorization for Administrative Personnel(1) Each person who is employed by a school to perform administrative duties, and requires authorization to access DEMS for the school, shall submit an application:(a) on a form approved by the division;(b) signed by the applicant;(c) signed by the owner of the school as verification of employment by the school; and(d) accompanied by a fingerprint card for a criminal background check and payment for the cost associated with the criminal background check.(2) Each commercial school will be responsible to train personnel on DEMS.Utah Admin.
