Section R661-7-901 - New Housing Capital Matching Program(1) An applicant with at least 33.33% of the capital needed for an eligible project may be eligible for the Housing Capital Matching Program.(2) The applicant must be approved by the Chapter as an eligible Utah Navajo qualifying for UNTF assistance.(3) The matching funds must be in the form of cash. The eligible project must be funded in full, and cash must be received by UNTF prior to commencement of construction.(4) The matching funds cannot be in the form of a loan to the applicant or any other type of lien.(5) Eligible projects include new housing, additions, or major renovations, including ADA compliant features. Houses that are two stories or more are not eligible.(6) An applicant may not own another home at the time of entering into this program.Utah Admin. Code R661-7-901
