Section R653-7-18 - Request for Reconsideration1. Any aggrieved party may file a request for reconsideration by following the procedures of Section 63-46b-13. A request is not a prerequisite for judicial review.2. The Division Director or Board shall issue a written order granting or denying the request for reconsideration. If an order is not issued within 20 days after the filing of a request, the request for rehearing shall be considered denied.
