Section R653-10-1 - Purpose(1) The Legislature appropriated $50,000,000 from American Rescue Plan Act funds to improve water conservation by issuing grants to secondary water suppliers for the acquisition and installation of meters on existing systems.(2) This rule sets forth the procedures and requirements for issuance and receipt of grant funds for installation of secondary water meters.Utah Admin.
