Section R652-70-2200 - ViolationsThe following acts or omissions shall subject a person to a civil penalty as provided in Section 65A-3-1(3):
1. A violation of the provisions of Section 65A-3-1(1-2);2. A violation of any special order of the director applicable to the bed of a navigable water; or3. Refusal to cease and desist from any violation in regards to the bed of a navigable water after having been notified to do so, in writing, by the director by personal service or certified mail, within the time provided in the notice, or within 30 days of service of the notice if no time is provided.Utah Admin.
