Section R652-21-707 - Additional Required Information(1) At any point during review of an Operations Application, the division or Director may request additional relevant information from the Applicant.(2) To remain in consideration for an Operations Royalty Agreement, the Applicant shall provide such information within a reasonable time, specified by the division.Utah Admin.
