Section R652-21-602 - Effect of Designation of Great Salt Lake as a Multiple Mineral Development Area(1) Pursuant to Section 65A-17-303, Great Salt Lake is designated as a Multiple Mineral Development Area.(2) As a Multiple Mineral Development Area, Great Salt Lake Element or Mineral Operations shall comply with all applicable law governing individual operations and Multiple Mineral Development Areas.Utah Admin.
