Section R652-21-600 - Common Source of Supply Designation(1) Pursuant to Section 65A-17-303, and based on the existence of numerous Great Salt Lake Elements or Minerals which can be extracted from Great Salt Lake's water or brine, the division designates the entire mineral estate held in suspension within the water and brines of Great Salt Lake as a Common Source of Supply.(2) As a Common Source of Supply, the division shall manage and plan for the overall development of Great Salt Lake's Mineral Resources in consideration of each Operator or separate operation on Great Salt Lake.Utah Admin.
