Section R652-21-1401 - Emergency Trigger(1) If salinity concentrations fall below 90 g/L or exceed 150 g/L, measured and reported in accordance with best practices as recommended by the Salinity Advisory Committee, the Salinity Advisory Committee may make a recommendation to the division that the conditions necessary for reaching the Emergency Trigger have been met.(2) The division may, upon consultation with the Great Salt Lake Commissioner, declare the conditions necessary for reaching the Emergency Trigger have been met.Utah Admin.
