Section R652-21-1204 - Availability of Records(1) Subject to applicable law, the division shall make available copies of all documents relating to applications for and approvals of existing, new, or revised operations and all documents relating to inspection and enforcement actions.(2) Copies of all documents relating to Great Salt Lake Element or Mineral operations which the division classifies as public shall be made available to the public until at least five years after expiration of the period during which the subject operation is active or is covered by any portion of a reclamation bond.(3) In preparation for any hearings or enforcement proceedings, the division may enter into agreements regarding procedures for the special handling of investigative and enforcement reports and other related materials.Utah Admin.
