Section R651-700-2 - PurposeThis rule is intended:
(1) to establish standards and procedures for acquisition, disposal, and exchange of division lands consistent with the laws of the state;(2) to provide procedures for granting rights-of-way, easements, leases, special use leases, temporary land use permits, and other non-recreational use of division lands;(3) to ensure consistency and efficiency of division land management to maximize benefits to the division and to provide accountability to the citizens of the state; and(4) to protect real property assets in compliance with applicable laws, rules, and policies.Utah Admin.
