Section R650-210-1 - Change of Address
The registered owner of a motorboat or sailboat shall:
(1) notify the division or agent of the division of any change in the registered owner's address; and(2) after notifying the division pursuant to Subsection (1), note the new address on the registered owner's current registration card.
