Section R650-209-1 - Anchored Vessels(1) Unless permitted to do so by the local managing agency, a vessel owner or operator may not leave:(a) an anchored vessel unattended for more than 48 hours; or(b) a vessel anchored for more than 72 hours in one location.(2) A vessel owner or operator who has anchored a vessel on a waterbody for 72 hours, and who wishes to continue to anchor the vessel on the same waterbody, must move the vessel at least two miles away from the place the vessel was last anchored.Utah Admin.
