Section R650-205-9 - Jordan River(1) Except for motors with a manufacturer listed horsepower of less than 10 horsepower, a person may not use a motor on the Jordan River.(2) Subject to the restrictions set out in Subsection (1), a person may only use a motor on the Utah County portion of the Jordan River.Utah Admin.
