Section R649-3-17 - Inspection1. Inspection of wells shall be performed by the division to determine operator compliance with the rules and orders of the board.2. The inspection shall not interfere with the mechanical operation of facilities or equipment used in drilling and production operations.3. Inspections of operations involving a safety hazard shall not be conducted, nor shall an inspection be conducted that may cause a safety hazard.Utah Admin. Code R649-3-17
