Section R616-3-14 - Remodeled ElevatorsA. When an elevator is classified as a remodeled (modernized) elevator by the Division, the components of the elevator involved in the modernization must comply with the standards of the latest version of ASME A17.1 and ASME A17.3 in effect at the time the remodeling of the elevator commences.Utah Admin.
