Section R610-3-8 - Agreements and SettlementsA. No provision of Title 34, Chapter 28, can be contravened by a mutual agreement between an employee and employer unless the agreement is approved by the Division.B. Notice of settlement conference shall be mailed to the parties involved in the wage claim advising them of the time, date, and place of the conference. A continuance shall only be granted for good cause, at the option of the hearing officer.C. In the event of settlement the parties shall sign a settlement agreement stating the terms of the settlement, and shall include:1. A stipulation that in the event of breach of the agreement the Division may enter an Order enforcing the settlement agreement; and2.
