Section R527-601-3 - Definition
"Best evidence available" shall include the following:
(1) historical records; including (a) tax returns; (b) pay stubs; (c) employer statements; or (d) Department of Workforce Services records. (2) market rate earned by persons with the same occupation as reported by the Department of Workforce Services; or (3) the federal minimum wage.
