Section R523-4-10 - Corrective Action(1) When the Division becomes aware that a provider is in violation of this rule the Division shall: (a) identify in writing the specific areas in which the provider is not in compliance; and(b) send written notice to the provider within 30 days after becoming aware of the violation.(2) The provider shall submit a written plan for achieving compliance within 30 days of notification of noncompliance.Utah Admin.
