Section R523-4-1 - Authority(1) This rule is authorized by Subsection 62A-15-103(2)(i) and Subsection 62A-15-103(2)(j) requiring the Division of Substance Abuse and Mental Health (Division) to establish by rule, in accordance with Title 63G, Chapter 3, Utah Administrative Rulemaking Act, minimum standards and requirements for the provision of substance use disorder and mental health treatment for adults required to participate in treatment by the court or the Board of Pardons and Parole.
