Section R510-302-8 - Settlement Agreements(1) The Division may enter into a settlement agreement with a person who has received a notification of agency action letter pursuant to Section 62A-3-311.5.(2) A settlement agreement may not be entered into once the supported finding has been upheld by a court of competent jurisdiction.Utah Admin.
