Section R500-2-2 - Definitions(1) "Complainant" means a person who initiates a complaint.(2) "Complaint" means a complaint initiated with the ombudsman identifying a person who has violated the rights and privileges of an individual with a disability.(3) "Division" means the Division of Customer Experience.(4) "Investigative hearing" means a non-adversarial hearing held at the discretion of and presided over by the ombudsman to ascertain the facts necessary to resolve the complaint.(5) "Ombudsman" means the ombudsman appointed in Section 26B-6-702.(6) "Office" means the Department of Health and Human Services Office of the Ombudsman.(7) "Rights and privileges of an individual with a disability" means the rights and privileges of an individual with a disability described in Subsections 26B-6-802(1) through (3).Utah Admin.
