Section R500-1-2 - Definitions(1) "Office" means the Child Protection Ombudsman within the Office of Ombudsman in the Department of Health and Human Services.(2) "Complainant" means a person who initiates a complaint with the Ombudsman's Office.(3) "Division" means the Utah Division of Child and Family Services.(4) "Services Review Analyst" means an employee of the office assigned to conduct investigations of complaints.(5) "Complaint" means a complaint regarding an act or omission by the division with respect to a particular child.Utah Admin.
