Section R497-100-3 - ExceptionsThis rules does not govern the following:
(1) The procedures for promulgation of agency rules, or the judicial review of those procedures. Pursuant to Subsection 63G-4-102(2)(a).(2) Department actions relating to contracts for the purchase or sale of goods or services by and for the state or by and for the agency, including terminations of contracts by the department.(3) The issuance of a license to operate a medical cannabis pharmacy, pursuant to Title 63G, Chapter 6a, Utah Procurement Code.(4) Adjudicative proceedings brought by or against ORS. Rule R527-200 contains ORS adjudicative proceeding rules.(5) Adjudicative proceedings brought by or against DIH. Rule R410-14 contains DIH adjudicative proceeding rules.(6) Adjudicative proceedings brought by or against the CMC Compassionate Use Board.
