Section R497-100-10 - Platform and Venue(1) The office shall hold hearings by telephone, video conferencing, or in-person, as determined by the office.(2) The office shall conduct hearings by telephone or video conferencing when possible.(3) The office may hold in-person hearings if the office fins good cause to do so. Good cause includes that a party does not have the equipment necessary to participate in a video hearing.(4) Venue for in-person hearings conducted by the office shall be in an agency office located in the county closest to where the aggrieved person resides or maintains their principal place of business, unless the office finds good cause to hold the hearing elsewhere.Utah Admin.
