Section R765-624-5 - Employee Qualifications(1) An employee who works for a promise partner, or who is a dependent of an employee of a promise partner, shall be eligible to receive an award under this policy if the individual:(a) completes the application process approved by the board;(b) is admitted to, and enrolled in or intends to enroll in and eligible program at an institution; and(c) meets other requirements established by the Office of the Commissioner of Higher Education.(2) The student must meet the eligibility requirements outlined in Subsection R765-621-5(1) for the full-length of time the student receives the award.Utah Admin.
