Section R436-5-7 - Existing Certificate to Be Placed in a Special File(1) Upon preparation of a new certificate under this rule, the State Registrar shall place the original certificate and the evidence upon which the new certificate was based in a sealed file.(2) The sealed file is not subject to inspection, except: (a) upon order of a court of competent jurisdiction;(b) in compliance with Sections 78B-6-141 and 78B-6-144; or(c) by the State Registrar to properly administering the vital statistics program.Utah Admin.
