Section R434-100-2 - DefinitionsAs used in this rule:
(1) "Department" means the Utah Department of Health.(2) "Health care facility" means a doctor's office, local health department, clinic, or licensed health care facility where a J-1 visa waiver physician may work under the supervision of the sponsoring physician.(3) "Primary care physician" means a physician who specializes in general internal medicine, family medicine, general pediatrics, obstetrics and gynecology, or psychiatry.(4) "Principal" means any person who owns 10% or more beneficial or equitable interest in the health care facility.(5) "Subspecialty care physician" means a physician who specializes in a specialty other than general internal medicine, family medicine, general pediatrics, obstetrics and gynecology, or psychiatry.Utah Admin.
