Section R430-8-1 - Legal Authority and Purpose

(1) Section 26B-2-402 authorizes this rule.

(2) This rule defines what constitutes child care that is excluded from any of the regulatory requirements of the Utah Department of Health and Human Services, Child Care Licensing Program.
