Section R414-8-4 - Enrollment Notification(1) Before the enrollment process in the Clinical Health Information Exchange (CHIE), the Department provides notice of intent to a Medicaid member to enroll in CHIE and includes the individual's right to opt out.(2) The Department provides additional education regarding the individual's right to opt out on the program websites.Utah Admin.
