Section R414-60-6 - Copayment Policy(1) Medicaid members are to pay any applicable copayment amount that complies with the requirements of 42 CFR 447.56, the Utah Medicaid State Plan, and Rule R414-1.(2) A Medicaid provider may not refuse services to a Medicaid member based on a member's inability to pay a cost-sharing amount in accordance with 42 CFR 447.52.Utah Admin.
