Section R414-320-10 - Application and Signature(1) The provisions of Section R414-308-3 apply to applicants of the UPP program, except for paragraph (9), (10) and the three months of retroactive coverage.(2) The eligibility agency shall reinstate an UPP case without requiring a new application if the case closes in error.(3) An applicant may withdraw an application any time before the eligibility agency completes an eligibility decision on the application.Utah Admin.
